have been filed. It explains what is really happening and has happened
to your rights and freedoms.
This site also deals with the struggle to have the U.S. Government
recognize honorably discharged DD-214 notes for veterans to be honored
for land patents from 20 to 4,000 acres. There have been no land
patents granted since 1964, although the laws under the Soldiers and
Sailors Relief Act under 50 U.S.C. have not changed. We show a number
of "Commercial Affidavits of Truth" concerning this case.

BLEVINS unlawfully barred from her and WILLIAM R. WEBB's wife's place of employment, the UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH FLORIDA, with USF's unlawfully cutting off Kimberly's pay and benefits as of May 22, 2001, all the foregoing and more. WEBB now sits as circuit court judge in Pasco County.
On October 18,
1994...Sheriff Lee Cannon commenced terrorizing my wife Ruth E. Blevins
and me and on October 15, 1996 at 4:48 AM he commenced intensifying the
terror... Ruth was terminally ill during October 1994 and lay on her
deathbed including at 4:48 AM on October 15, 1996. She died at 7:35 PM
on January 11, 1997. To date it has been sufficiently guaranteed that
justice shall not be served if left in the hands of the State of
