AUTHORIZATION WAIVER
I ______________________, do hereby give the Florida Pro’Se Bar, Inc., and it’s members authorization. To render me with assistance in preparation; and filing of various litigation on my behalf, and in my defense.
I understand that the Florida Pro’Se Bar is not a law office of professional attorneys; and that non-attorneys will be assisting me.
Further, I chose to seek the assistance of the Florida Pro’Se Bar of my own free will; and have not been promised any particular results from their assistance.
I understand that I may not hold the Florida Pro’Se Bar or it’s members liable for any unfavorable results pertinent to my case or their assistance thereof on my behalf.
By signing this waiver I give the Florida Pro’Se Bar permission to render me assistance in my legal situation.
